Excuse me ladies, can I talk to the men for a minute? Men, we have a problem among us. We do everything for everybody else but us, especially when it comes to our health. I am no exception. I used to be “comfortable” with the unknown when it came to my health. Then I had a major health scare about 15 years ago. Since then, I go to my doctor, Dr. Alfred Huang every 6 months. Regular checkups and the “Grace of God” saved my life. That’s why I decided to have our “Men’s Health Event” on Monday October 16, 2023, from 6 – 8 pm at the Total Wine & More Lewisville, TX. The purpose of the event is to have a conversation about the importance of knowing the medical measurements that impact our health. My doctor, Dr. Alfred Huang with Irving Family Care, will be our guest speaker.
