“The Business Network” Edition

Hello Real Estate Family,

Welcome to my Newsletter, “The Art of Real Estate”. Our goal is to bring together:

REAL ESTATE – ART – CULTURE – COMMUNITY

Greetings from Real Estate Candy!

Welcome to the April edition of our newsletter, “The Business Network” Edition. This month, we’re excited to highlight some fantastic local businesses in our community, answer your burning real estate questions, keep you informed about important financial dates, and share upcoming events in Carrollton, TX. Plus, we’ll give you a sneak peek into what’s coming up in our May edition.

We believe in the power of community, and that’s why we’re thrilled to showcase some outstanding local businesses this month. These businesses are not only pillars of our community but also trusted partners in our mission to serve you better. Take a moment to check out their services and show your support.

This month’s “Ask Greg” question is “Is Spring or Summer a good time to sell my home?” The answer is both, and I will tell you why.

My Monthly Home Tip is all about safety for you and your family, and it’s called “Home Safety Tips For Spring: Preparing For Storms And Natural Hazards.”

The “Talk of the Town” section keeps you informed about important financial dates in April as well as events in Carrollton, TX. Get ready for our May edition, the “Let’s Sell a Home” Edition! We’ll be diving deep into all things related to selling your home, including expert tips, market insights, and success stories from satisfied sellers. Whether you’re a first-time seller or a seasoned pro, you won’t want to miss it! Our theme for 2024 is “The Art of the Possible”. In order to reach the possible, you must go where we have never gone before, we must do what we have never done before.

Thank you for joining us for the April edition of our newsletter. As always, if you have any questions or real estate needs, don’t hesitate to reach out. Wishing you a fantastic month ahead!
