“The Behind-The-Scenes” Edition

Hello Real Estate Family,

Welcome to my Newsletter, “The Art of Real Estate”. Our goal is to bring together:

REAL ESTATE – ART – CULTURE – COMMUNITY

Greetings from Real Estate Candy!

This month’s newsletter theme is the “The Behind-The-Scenes” EditionHave you ever wondered what it’s like “behind the scenes” in real estate? I don’t know about you, but I’m always curious about how people do what they do for a living. Do they have a morning routine? What’s it like to be a client? What are their friends and connections like? All of these things inspired this month’s “The Behind-The-Scenes” Edition, and I hope that grabbing a glimpse of what I do on a daily basis inspires YOU.

First, I’ll share thoughts on whether home buyers should wait to buy a home until rates go down…I know a lot of people who are wondering about this, and I hope my insight is helpful.

To kick things off behind the scenes, we’ll take a peek at What’s in My Seller’s Box! It’s something that every seller client of mine receives (I deliver it personally), and it’s PACKED with great stuff!

They say that breakfast is the most important meal of the day, and I believe that what you do first thing in the morning is the most important way to find success in your day. I’ll bring you inside my home office so you can see exactly what I do each morning.

Next, we’ll learn about this month’s Business Network Spotlight, Paulson & Paulson Bookkeeping and Tax Services. They offer very valuable services, and they even have a discount for you!

Then, what’s it like to show a home? I’ll take you with me so you can see what it’s like!

We’ll finish our behind-the-scenes journey at the closing table, and you’ll see how I help my clients capture and realize their biggest financial goals. It’s one of my favorite things about what I do.

In preparation for next month’s topic (more about that later!), I’m sharing “20 Common Maintenance Items To Prepare Your Home For A Fall Sale.” It will get us in the spirit of the fall home-selling season!

We are always excited to be your Real Estate resource and serve your needs in the process. Please pass on our “The Behind-The-Scenes” Edition to your friends and family.

Blessings,

Greg
