February is the month of gratitude. It is the month that I recognize the families that have blessed me with the opportunity to help make their “Real Estate Dreams” come true.

Instead of doing a New Year’s Resolution, I have a theme for the year. My theme for 2024 is “THE ART OF THE POSSIBLE”. To do the “possible” in 2024, let’s write a letter to ourselves that we can refer to throughout the year.

The tradition of giving gifts to others began when the 3 Wise Men came to witness the birth of Jesus Christ bearing gifts. These gifts were Thoughtful, From the Heart, and Purposeful. This Christmas Season let’s do the same in our giving to others.

This month’s edition celebrates something near and dear to my heart and that is the idea of giving back to others. Thanksgiving starts the holiday season by giving thanks to the many blessings we have. Let us not forget those who are less fortunate than us.
