The Art of Real Estate

This month’s edition celebrates something near and dear to my heart and that is the idea of giving back to others. Thanksgiving starts the holiday season by giving thanks to the many blessings we have. Let us not forget those who are less fortunate than us.

Excuse me ladies, can I talk to the men for a minute? Men, we have a problem among us. We do everything for everybody else but us, especially when it comes to our health. I am no exception. I used to be “comfortable” with the unknown when it came to my health. Then I had a major health scare about 15 years ago.

What is the New Home Bus Tour and why is it important? The New Home Bus Tour is a free bus tour of Perry Homes, KB Home, and David Weekley Homes. Why is it important? Because no matter what you think about the real estate market, it still boils down to affordability. These home builders demonstrate that you can own a home that has custom standard features, be energy efficient, live in a wonderful community, and still be affordable. We call it “Affordable Luxury.”

As a REALTOR®, I get asked lots of questions about Real Estate that I share with my clients and random people I meet. So I got to thinking…what if I was to share the question and answer with everyone. As a result, the “The Ask Greg” question was born! This is the debut of "The Ask Greg” question where I answer a question about real estate.
