Two Homes. Two Stories. One Inspiring Experience.
What if finding your next home wasn’t about comparing houses…but about discovering the life that fits you best?
This month, we’re doing something a little different.
Instead of our usual newsletter, we’re taking you on a journey through A Tale of Two Homes: Two Homes, Two Stories, One Inspirational Experience, an exciting event designed to help you explore two incredible communities, two distinct lifestyles, and perhaps even a new vision for your future.
On July 25th, we’ll board the Fun Bus and visit two beautiful model homes: Perry Homes in Celina and Olivia Clarke Homes in Providence Village. This isn’t a competition between builders or communities. It’s a celebration of the unique opportunities each one offers and the different ways people choose to live, grow, and create memories.
Throughout this special edition, you’ll discover how these two communities tell very different stories. In Go Get Your Blessing, we’ll explore five important things to consider when buying a home…and why you may be much closer to homeownership than you realize. In Dream Big, Live Bigger, you’ll take a closer look at the lifestyles these communities offer and even have a chance to take our lifestyle quiz to see which one best matches your goals and dreams.
We’ll also take a look at the real estate markets in both Celina and Providence Village, hear directly from the sales professionals representing these outstanding builders, and give you a preview of what you can expect when you step inside their model homes during the event.
Of course, none of this would be possible without our incredible business partners and sponsors who are helping bring this experience to life. I encourage you to take a moment to learn more about the amazing local businesses supporting this event and our community.
At Real Estate Candy, I’ve always believed that a home is more than walls and square footage…it’s where your story unfolds. Whether you’re looking for wide-open spaces, family-friendly amenities, luxury finishes, small-town charm, or a fresh start, there’s no right or wrong answer. There is only the home that inspires you.
So as you read through this month’s newsletter, I invite you to keep an open mind, dream a little bigger, and imagine what’s possible.
Because sometimes the best way to find your blessing is to explore the stories waiting just beyond your front door.
I can’t wait to see you on the tour.
Blessings,
Greg
